How do I purchase tickets?

Browse events on the homepage or Explore page, select the event you want, and then download the Eventy5 mobile app to complete your purchase. Web purchases are coming soon.

How do I scan my ticket at the venue?

Open My Tickets and present the QR code at the entry gate. Make sure your screen brightness is high for fast scanning.

Can I get a refund?

Tickets are generally non-refundable unless the event is cancelled or rescheduled. Refer to our Terms of Service for details.

How do I change my account email or phone?

Go to Profile → Personal Information to update your details.

I forgot my password.

On the Sign In page, click "Forgot Password" to reset it via email. Or sign in with the Phone OTP option using your registered phone.

How do I become an event organizer?
