Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using the Eventy5 mobile application and associated services ("Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you may not use our Service.

These Terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you and Eventy5 Co., Ltd. ("Company", "we", "us", or "our"). By creating an account or purchasing tickets, you confirm that you are at least 18 years of age or have parental consent.

User Accounts

When you create an account with us, you must provide accurate, complete, and current information. You are responsible for safeguarding your password and all activities that occur under your account.

You agree to notify us immediately upon becoming aware of any breach of security or unauthorized use of your account.

You may not use another person's account without permission.
You must not create accounts for automated access or bots.
Accounts found to be in violation may be suspended or terminated.

Event Tickets & Purchases

All ticket purchases made through Eventy5 are subject to the specific terms set by event organizers. Prices displayed include applicable taxes and service fees unless otherwise stated.

Tickets are non-refundable unless an event is cancelled or rescheduled.
Resale of tickets at above face value is strictly prohibited.
Eventy5 is not responsible for lost, stolen, or duplicated tickets obtained outside the platform.
Electronic tickets must be presented at entry via the Eventy5 app or printed format.

Intellectual Property

The Service and its original content, features, and functionality are and will remain the exclusive property of Eventy5 and its licensors. Our trademarks and trade dress may not be used in connection with any product or service without our prior written consent.

You retain ownership of content you submit to the platform, but grant us a non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use, display, and distribute such content in connection with the Service.

Prohibited Conduct

You agree not to engage in any of the following while using our Service:

Using the Service for any unlawful purpose or in violation of any regulations.
Attempting to gain unauthorized access to any part of the Service.
Transmitting any harmful, offensive, or disruptive content.
Interfering with or disrupting the integrity or performance of the Service.
Collecting or harvesting user data without explicit consent.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Eventy5 shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, or goodwill, arising out of or in connection with your use of the Service.

Our total liability to you for any claims arising from these Terms shall not exceed the amount you paid to Eventy5 in the 12 months preceding the claim.

Modifications

We reserve the right to modify or replace these Terms at any time. We will provide at least 14 days' notice before any material changes take effect by posting the updated Terms within the app and notifying you via email.

Your continued use of the Service after changes become effective constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.

Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Lao People's Democratic Republic, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

Any dispute arising from these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in Vientiane, Laos.
